Warehouse line striping
Trip hazard repairs

Compensation
$2,500/month starting draw (non-recoverable 1-2 months, then recoverable)
4-5% residential project commission
2-2.5% commercial project commission (up to $100k jobs)
Leadership helps close big jobs ($100k+) — you earn half commission
Where You’ll Work
Start with: Forty Fort, Kingston, Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, Allentown
Expand into full territories as you grow
